CMDB & Service Catalogue Design Workshop
CIHS are hosting a series of CMDB design workshops in Central London, Leeds and Dublin.
The main aim of the workshops will be to provide insight on the pitfalls to avoid when implementing (or improving) your CMDB and Service Catalogue – and most importantly, how to avoid them! We are vendor agnostic – and so it doesn’t matter what toolsets you are using.
The Workshops will be interactive, and we will be asking attendees to bring with them at least three interesting CMDB or Service Design questions or problems… and we will help you solve them then and there!
The Workshops will be run by Chris Hodder, who is an expert in CMDB and Service Catalogue design and has worked with numerous organisations – from the public sector to the finance sector, to provide Service Management strategy coaching.
If you would like to attend a workshop, simply complete the form below and we will be in touch to reserve your place. Next available dates:
LONDON – 22nd March, 2017
LONDON – 19th April, 2017
*Please note that numbers are limited to 8 attendees to ensure that we have enough time to cover all topics raised.
There will be no cost to attend. However, your investment will be in preparation time as we want you to bring along your real life examples (data, processes etc.) so that we can work through it “LIVE” during the session.
We will be working with REAL problems, and you’ll have the chance to see first hand how Chris solves complex ITSM issues.
Not sure what problems to bring? Well, so far we will be covering topics such as:
– How to decide on the initial “scope” for your CMDB design
– How to maintain your CMDB using Change Management
– How to maintain relationships in your CMDB
– How to manage your myriad of CMDB data sources
